INTERPRETATION In these Conditions the following words shall have the following meanings

Contract: Any Contract between the Company and the Buyer for the sale of the Goods, incorporating these Conditions
Goods: Any goods agreed in the Contract to be supplied to the Buyer by the Company (including any part or parts of them)
Ordering From Ichnos Sports:
Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.
Delivery schedule:
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World.
Payment:
We accept payment by PayPal and safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card.
Packaging:
At Ichnos Sports, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.
Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)
For UK mainland deliveries, the postage charge per order is 3.50GBP. Please email Ichnos Sports for a quote if the postage charge does not appear on your order. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent via recorded delivery. Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service, please email the above for a quote before placing your order. Ichnos Sports reserves the right to replace any of the above services, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
Overseas & non-mainland UK:
Please email Ichnos Sports for a quote if the postage charge does not appear on your order. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote before placing your order.
RETURNS POLICY
Under the European Distance Selling Regulations the Buyer has the right to cancel the order for any item purchased on this web site for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. If you cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations and have chosen courier delivery we will only refund the standard rate of postage unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed, in which case please contact us.
To cancel, the Buyer must e-mail or write to the Company within seven days of delivery of the item(s) quoting your order number. The Buyer is obliged to take reasonable care when returning the items. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods at their own cost within 30 days; the Company will not refund this cost. The Buyer is responsible for the goods until they are back in the possession of the Company. The Buyer must claim for any damages caused on the return from the courier used. If the goods are not returned in an unused condition then the right to a full refund is forfeited.
When returning items that are deemed to be faulty, the Buyer must contact the Company via e-mail to sales@ichnos-sports.co.uk, prior to sending the articles back and obtain instructions and an authorised return reference number.

The Company shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufacturers instructions, misuse, alteration or repair of the goods (other than that done by our staff).
In other instances we will consider an exchange or credit note provided that the goods are returned promptly; in their original condition and with the original receipt.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
Ichnos Sports regret that once an order containing personalized items has been picked and prepared it cannot be amended or cancelled. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on personalised items unless there is a manufacturer's fault.
